Hello Burhan,

Basically, you need to pay for a license IF the project you are doing
includes the class.upload.php class and is not open source.

So for instance, if you do a project for a client, AND you can publish
the code, you don't need to pay.

But if the code you write for your client is property of your client,
AND you cannot release it as open source, then you need to purchase a
license.

The license is per domain name.
